Product made from an interesting mixture of chiles with chocolate, a culinary specialty of the city of Puebla.
The mole is traditionally served with chicken, it is normally the sauce that bathes it and it usually has sesame seeds on top accompanied with rice. However, it goes very well with meat and more diluted it is used to bathe tortillas and generate the famous enmoladas.
Bass. It can be further reduced by combining with chocolate (preferably "Abuelita" style), peanuts or tortilla chips.
